Is this space safe if I've had bad experiences with meditation before?
Yes. This is exactly why CoAwaken exists. All practices are trauma-informed and designed to be safe. Everything here is guided by solid research, not by any person's claimed authority. Nothing is forced. You're always in charge of what you do, and you can step back at any time.
What if I'm not good at meditating?
You don't have to be. Most of our members felt the same before joining. The practices meet you where you are. No preformace required.
Is this psychotherapy or crisis management?
No. Psychotherapy is one-to-one treatment with a licensed professional. CoAwaken is different. We offer science-based tools you can use at your own pace to reduce suffering and build lasting wellbeing. Community support is available when you want it. You always stay in charge of your own growth.
How much time do I need?
As little as 2 minutes. Most daily practices are 2-10 minutes. Guided meditations are ~20 minutes. Deep dives and live sessions are ~1 hour (optional). Do what fits your day. There's no minimum.
Is this a religious space
No. CoAwaken is entirely secular. You don't need to adopt any beliefs or abandom your faith. Everything here is science-based and open to anyone.
Can I cancel?
Of course. Cancel anytime to stop future renewals.
Is this like a meditation app?
No. CoAwaken is alive. The content is shaped by the people who use it. Members vote on topics and suggest what they need. We build it carefully, with experts in traum and meditation, grounded in research. We also hold moderated live sessions where members practise together. If something matters to our members, it matters to us. That's hard to get from a playlist.
